From 2023 to 2025, the Amerigo Vespucci undertook an extraordinary two-year voyage around the world. During this journey, it covered nearly 50,000 nautical miles, visited 53 ports in 33 countries, traveled to five continents, and showcased Italian culture, gastronomy, design, technology, and tourism through the traveling exhibition “Villaggio Italia.”
The ship visited cities such as Los Angeles, Tokyo, Singapore, Mumbai, Doha, and Abu Dhabi, attracting tens of thousands of visitors everywhere it went.
Where will the Amerigo Vespucci be docked in 2026?
After returning from a successful world tour, the ship underwent several months of extensive maintenance at the naval shipyard in La Spezia. In the spring of 2026, it set sail again, this time on a North American cruise, during which it will visit the United States and Canada. The itinerary includes stops in Baltimore, New York, Boston, Quebec City, and Montreal.
As with the previous voyage, the itinerary includes opportunities to tour the ship, attend cultural events, and experience Italian culture.
The return to Italy is scheduled for October 2026, and according to the official itinerary , she is expected to arrive in Trieste on October 12, 2026.
